Wool
Wool carpets are soft and luxurious. They are also hard-wearing.

Nylon
Popular for most purposes this man-made fibre can withstand furniture movement and resist stains.

Polypropylene
Hard-wearing, lightweight plastic fibre which resists stains and is easy to clean.

Yarns
Yarns can be made from any of the common carpet fibres either individually or mixed. This can improve the quality of the carpet by combining the advantages of the multiple fibres.
